Emergency Services
Emergency services may provide direct financial services for persons facing: rent eviction, foreclosure, utility disconnection, security deposits or 1st months rent. Minimal assistance is also available for food, child care, transportation and work clothing and supplies. The purpose of these programs is to stabilize families in their home or re-house families that are homeless.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

24-Hour Crisis Line
Crisis Call Center's 24-hour crisis line is to provide a safe, non-judgmental source of support for individuals in any type of crisis. In addition to the crisis hotline, crisis intervention is also available through text message. Services include: 24-hour help hotline, suicide prevention, child abuse reporting, elder abuse reporting, substance abuse and additional resources.

Providing support and advocacy to ensue crime victim rights are upheld, that victim safety needs are addressed, along with support services throughout the criminal justice process and after to all victims of General Crime. All services are free.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance
Assists Energy Assistance eligible households facing any of these situations:
  • Potential electric/natural gas disconnection
  • Less than 20% heating fuel remaining, and are on a cash-only basis with vendor
  • Energy related repair - Eligible energy assistance households who own their home (wholly owned or making mortgage payments) quality for repairs or replacement of non-functioning furnaces
